When you use the Aonex Autonomous Commerce Engine, we collect information necessary to process your e-commerce catalog feeds, execute AI attribute enrichment, and synchronize listings to target marketplaces.

  • Account data (name, work email address, company billing details)
  • Catalog feed data (supplier SKUs, prices, inventory counts, product attributes)
  • Marketplace API credentials (OAuth tokens for Amazon SP-API, Shopify GraphQL Admin, Walmart API)
  • System telemetry and audit logs

2. How We Use Catalog & Feed Data

Your raw vendor feeds and catalog data are used strictly to run taxonomy crosswalks, attribute extraction models, and marketplace publishing jobs.

Strict Zero-Training Guarantee:
Aonex NEVER uses customer product catalog data or proprietary pricing strategy to train public or shared foundation models. Your data remains isolated to your tenant workspace.

3. Global Data Transfers & Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)

Aonex complies with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Data residency options (US, EU, APAC) are available for enterprise plan customers.
