1. Subscription & Services
By accessing or using the Aonex Autonomous Commerce Engine ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Aonex grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription to ingest feeds, enrich catalog data, and manage marketplace listings.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
Aonex guarantees 99.9% uptime for API ingestion and catalog sync services. Enterprise customers are covered by customized SLA response times (under 15-minute emergency response for feed outages).
3. Fair Use & Rate Limits
API usage is subject to standard rate limits based on your plan tier (Starter, Growth, Enterprise). Attempting to bypass rate limiters or reverse engineer proprietary LLM taxonomy models is strictly prohibited.
